These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LoanLava mobile application (the "App"), operated by INTLOW LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). By accessing the Platform or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform and Services immediately.
LoanLava is managed by INTLOW LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED, an NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Our Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U65922WB1996PTC137641, and our office is located at 66A/2 KANKULIA ROAD DLAT D GROUND FLOOR , KOLKATA, West Bengal, India - 700029. INTLOW LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED is authorized to provide loan services to qualified users and has officially designated the LoanLava app to deliver these services on our behalf.
You may use our Platform if you are at least 18 years old and are eligible to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
The Services are provided solely in accordance with Indian Laws. We do not represent that our Services or the content available on or through our Platform is appropriate for use or is available for users in other jurisdictions.
LoanLava allows users to apply for and obtain loans as per the terms and conditions laid out by INTLOW LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED. The loans are subject to eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms as detailed within the App and governed by applicable laws.
As the lender, INTLOW LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED has authorized the LoanLava app to facilitate loan services on its behalf. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that all loan services provided through the App are offered by the Company under the brand name LoanLava.
Interest Rates and Fees：
(1) Loan Limit：₹1,000-70,000
(2) Term：180days
(3) Daily Interest rate: 0.052%
Submitting a Loan Application: You can apply for a loan using the LoanLava app by providing all required information accurately and completely as specified in the application process.
Approval Authority: INTLOW LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED has the sole authority to approve or reject loan applications at its discretion. The company’s decisions are final and may be made without offering an explanation.
Loan Terms Disclosure: Before accepting any loan, you will receive a detailed presentation of the loan terms, including interest rates, repayment plans, and other pertinent information. It is your duty to carefully review these terms before agreeing.
Truthfulness of Information: You confirm that all details provided in your loan application are truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in the rejection of your application or other legal consequences.
Request for Additional Documents: LoanLava may require additional documentation from you during the application process. You agree to promptly submit any requested documents to ensure the processing of your loan application.
· Acceptance of Terms: By clicking the agree button on the online loan agreement, you agree to all specified terms and conditions. This action binds you legally and indicates your commitment to the loan terms.
· Verification Process: Your acceptance of the loan terms will also trigger identity verification procedures. These measures are implemented to comply with legal obligations and to prevent illegal activities, such as fraud and money laundering.
· Credit Review: INTLOW LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED retains the right to review your information through various sources, including credit bureaus, to assess your creditworthiness and verify your identity.
· Purpose of Credit Evaluation: The credit review is conducted to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and to safeguard against illegal activities. By applying for a loan, you consent to this evaluation.
· Repayment Responsibilities: You are required to repay any loans obtained through LoanLava according to the agreed terms. Failure to repay on time may lead to late fees, penalties, and negative impacts on your credit score, and the company reserves the right to take necessary actions to recover the debt.
You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in LoanLava's Privacy Policy. By doing so, you give your consent and authorize LoanLava, along with its staff, employees, service providers, and agents, to use, store, process, share, transfer (within or outside the country), and/or exchange your information (including personal data) as described in our Privacy Policy.
You also recognize that INTLOW LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED, as the lender for LoanLava, has the right to reject your loan application without giving a reason and without notifying you.
You agree that we, along with INTLOW LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED, may access, retrieve, and verify your KYC data/details from the Central KYC registry to confirm your information, and you hereby grant us and them permission to do so.
We may amend these Terms from time to time and may update and change our Platform from time to time to reflect changes to our Users’ needs and our business priorities. Every time you use our Platform or avail our Services, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the Terms that apply to you. These Terms are updated as on August 12, 2024.
We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes. If you do not agree with the changes made to the Terms or the Platform, you must not proceed to use the Platform or avail our Services.
We do not guarantee that our Platform, or any content on it, or our Services will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Platform or Services for business, legal and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any such suspension or withdrawal. We shall not be liable for any such suspension or discontinuation of the Services or the Platform.
INTLOW LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for any interruptions to the LoanLava app or any associated services, including but not limited to data loss, technical issues, or temporary unavailability of the platform. We do not guarantee that the app will always function without errors or interruptions, and users should be aware that unforeseen circumstances, including maintenance, updates, or third-party service failures, may impact the availability and performance of the app. Additionally, we do not assume responsibility for any financial decisions made based on the information provided through the app.
INTLOW LEASING AND FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, employees, and agents, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the LoanLava app or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the app or services will not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, to use the services.
